Resident became combative grabbed employee right hand and struck the employee in the Left rib cage with closed fist x3 times and resident wrapped their left arm around the employee and tripped him employee fell to the floor and resident fell on top of him still holding the employees arm. The employee had multiple scratches wrist hurting and rib pain.
