Patient was combative. Helped clean him up. Several people helped. Patient started kicking rails once he was restrained.

What happened

Patient became combative and was restrained. Patient was kicking sick rails with feet. I wanted to keep patient from kicking the rail and making his toes bleed. I was padding the side rail with three sheets and a pillow. Patient kicked my hand thumb.
