[REDACTED]- [REDACTED] was lifting an IB master overlap of 160 or more inches. At the time of lifting he felt some back pain. This was reported to [REDACTED]. At that time the team member stated he was ok but wanted to make [REDACTED] aware. [REDACTED]- [REDACTED] went to pick up two cross-members and to take to the line. When he went to put them down he felt a sharp pain on his lower back right side. Cross members weigh about 22 pounds a piece.
