Employee was using rags with solvent to clean 3 roll applicator paint pan with his right hand

What happened

While cleaning the back lip of the paint pan under the applicator rolls with 3 towels and a glove the rolls caught his towel and pulled his arm up into the rolls. A co-worker hit the emergency stop and the paint line trainer assisted in getting his arm out and tending to him
