What happened

Associate was down stacking doors in QA using the uni-lift. Two doors were stuck together on the unit. Associate was trying to break the doors loose with the uni-lift and their hand. When the uni-lift let go - the doors came down and slammed their left thump between the doors on the stack and the doors that released.
