Employee was lifting half of a [REDACTED] tree once the employee stood up stretched my arms she felt pain in her joint felt electricity going through her back she dropped the tree and she had to sit down because she couldn 't breathe her chest lungs was hurting to take a deep breaths after a few employee attempted to get up to try and stretch but she was had chest pain and it was uncomfortable to breathe.
