Employee stated she was parking the orange three-wheeler.

Employee said that while pulling the three-wheeler into the parking space the brakes did not activate and she hit the wall. Further investigation into the incident and vehicle shows that the brake pin was inadvertently put under the brake preventing the brake from engaging.

Employee said she was abruptly hit by the back of the three-wheeler and her back hurt her right leg was shaking and it was hard to walk.
