What happened

An employee informed us on [REDACTED] that he went to urgent care on [REDACTED] and that his leg was infected. He was given oral antibiotics for the swelling of his leg and oozing puss and it cleared up. He came back to work on [REDACTED]. He worked on the [REDACTED] and then left early on the [REDACTED] because of a fever and headache. Went to the emergency room at [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] and that he allegedly got an infection from an irritation caused by constant friction from his work boot to his leg contact. He was admitted into the hospital on [REDACTED].
