What happened

Patients were at recreation playing pool. The patient and co-patient had a verbal altercation. Co-patient exited the recreation hall. The patient went after the co-patient with a pool stick in hand. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] along with a Correctional Officer stopped the patient at the door. As they asked him to let go of the pool stick the patient head butted Lt. [REDACTED] in the face.
