Employee was cutting parts with a cutting fixture. When done cutting the employee forgot to remove the blade from the fixture. They tried to pick up the cutting fixture to move and their had slipped. The employee 's thumb made contact with the razor blade in the fixture resulting in a cut laceration that required stitches
