IE was loading boxes into the Somic on line 2. After loading the boxes the IE turned and started walking to check the HMI.

What happened

IE stepped on an air hose that was strung across the ground being used to clean the Somic on line 1503. When the IE stepped on the air hose he lost his footing landing on the concrete with his left knee.
