Taking Break. Days before had exposure.

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] a [REDACTED] was observed in the [REDACTED] by a Mill Operator as not looking right. The Operator asked the team member if he was okay and he pointed at his chest indicating that he couldn 't breathe. The Operator went upstairs to the office and informed the Quality Manager whom subsequently called [REDACTED] for an ambulance. The Quality Manager then called the [REDACTED] Manager to inform of the emergency and that an ambulance was called. [REDACTED] Manager and Athletic Trainer whom was on site went to the [REDACTED] where the team member was sitting in a chair and being comforted by others and attempts to keep conscious. The AED from the [REDACTED] was on standby. The Athletic Trainer asked for ice to be retrieved as [REDACTED] was sweating and pulse was weak. The team members grabbed frozen popsicles from the breakroom freezer and [REDACTED] Manager grabbed ice packs from the first aid kit. [REDACTED] was laid down on the break room table and ice
