Working bedside. Assisting in patient transition in bed.

What happened

I was helping pull a patient up in bed [REDACTED] and experienced pain in left shoulder and left side of neck. As the weekend progressed so has the pain. I am now experiencing pain all the way down my left arm and my middle ring and pinky finger
