Before the incident

Remounting the Moffit on to the back of the truck. He had loaded it and after looking at it he wanted to mount it in a different position.

What happened

EE was climbing back onto the [REDACTED] to adjust the way it set on the truck. While he was climbing back his left knee gave out. He was able to get it adjusted but now is walking with a limp.
