Manual handling of flange inside shot blaster.

What happened

Employee stated that around [REDACTED]. he was removing a 27 ½ inch flange out of the shot blaster. When to put the flange onto a metal cart. With another flange already on it. As he was lowering the flange onto to the cart. The flange pinch the tip of his left ring finger causing it to break the skin and start bleeding. Employee went to hospital to seek medical attention.
