What happened

Working on [REDACTED] he cranked the dolly legs up and hung the dolly leg crank handle on the frame of the trailer due to the hanger being off the trailer because of repairs. When he hung up the crank handle it was not secured causing it to fall off and hit him in the left knee cap.
