Placing a picked pallet at the wrapper and began the wrap cycle.

IW noticed pallet jack was in the way of the rotating arm of the wrapper. When attempting to move pallet jack away from wrapper and instead of hitting emergency stop button on the control panel IW positioned himself behind the pallet jack and attempted to walk the machine out of the way. He was not standing on the platform and standing in direct travel path of the pallet jack. While walking back his feet ankles got pinned in between pallet jack and pick location behind him.

Fracture of right and left ankles.

Pallet Jack.
