What happened

As the employee was backing out from putting product away with a reach truck he backed up too far and hit a pallet of springs. This caused one of the springs to fall hitting his left calf. The hit left a scrape and contusion. On [REDACTED] he had a follow up appointment and was sent to the hopital due to infection.
