excavator:
(a) Location - Jobsite, 251-A Waltham St., Lexington, MA:
On or about 7/18/00, an employee was exposed to being struck by a Kobelco
Crawler
SK200 excavator being operated in close proximity to employee and
foundation walls.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods include,
but are not
limited to the following:
1.  Ensure that all operators of Kobelco Crawler SK200 excavators have
received training
on the safe use and operation of the equipment.
2.  Ensure that the operator check to ensure that all paths of travel are
clear
of personnel.
