Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to:
a) The hazard of falling from the bucket of the case front-end loader
while moving a
generator from an area near the job trailer to an area near the excavation
site.
"AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE
ABATEMENT METHOD              TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS...."
Train employees in the operation of the machinery they are required to
operate
including the function and operation of all controls, the hazards
associated with the
operation of the machinery, and ensure that they understand and follow all
warning,
and precautionary instructions.
