recognized hazards that

puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the establishment, storage raw materials area:  Bidirectional truck
#173, plate #
H08195, used to transport concrete mixed, did not have in operation a
reverse signal
alarm distinguishable from the surrounding noise level.
Hazard:  Impact.
Among other method to correct this hazard of be impacted by the equipment
is:  to install
a new alarm.
