95-129(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to receptacles which were not ground fault circuit interrupter protected in restrooms: General Managers restroom ! receptacle was not ground fault circuit interrupter protected. kitchen in office area - receptacle was not ground fault circuit interrupter protected. kitchen in warehouse - receptacles were not ground fault circuit interrupter protected. ladies room in warehouse - receptacle was not ground fault circuit interrupter protected. mens room in warehouse - receptacle was not ground fault circuit interrupter protected. unisex restroom in office hallway - receptacle was not ground fault circuit interrupter protected. Reference: National Electrical Code 210-8(b)(1): All 125-volt, single phase, 15 and 20 amp receptacles installed in bathrooms shall have ground fault circuit interrupter protection for personnel. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install ground fault circuit interrupters in all receptacles in the restrooms.s
