to develop and implement a program to monitor weather conditions to ensure
that employees are
removed from the culvert and adjacent work areas when physical hazards
such as flash floods
could occur.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training
certification, etc.) is required for this item.
