d to the following: a. Follow the Equipment Manufacturers Institute safety manua
l for operators and mechanics of hydraulic excavators which states "Never use a
bucket for a work platform or personnel carrier", and b. Follow the John Deere O
perators Manual for 330LC and 370 Excavators which states "Only allow the operat
or on the machine. Keep riders off."
