Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards: Throughout Work Area: The employer failed to provide training to employees who operate personnel and burden carriers. a) Citizens Bank Park - The employer failed to provide training to employees who operate personnel and burden carriers "tuggers" throughout the work area. Observed on or about 7/30/07 NOTE: ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO ALL EMPLOYEES PRIOR TO ALLOWING THEM TO OPERATE TUGGERS IN THE WORKPLACE.
