B) T-Shed 2 and 3, on or about March 25, 2011, employees who work in the area where combustible dust more than 1/32 of an inch in depth was observed on over head pipes and on horizontal surfaces along the wall on columns and on the floor and use compressed air and blowers to remove the dust, are exposed to a fire/deflagration hazard. C) Bulk Warehouse 3, on or about April 10. 2011, employees who work in the area where combustible dust more than 1/32 of an inch in depth was observed on semi- horizontal surfaces along the wall and on other horizontal surfaces and on the floor and used compressed air and blowers to remove the dust, are exposed to a fire/deflagration hazard. One feasible and acceptable abatement method is to establish a cleaning procedure that utilizes equipment such as brooms and vacuums approved for combustible dust and develop a cleaning schedule that will keep the dust accumulation less than 1/32 of an inch in depth on horizontal surfaces.
