Nevada Revised Statute 618.375(1):  Duties of employers.  The employer
failed to furnish
employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees:
a. Pallet racks were not free from recognized hazards, as follows:
1.  A pallet rack located on the north side of the storage area was not
secured to the
floor to prevent it from tipping over in the event that an accidental bump
with a forklift
occurs or in the event of seismic activity.
2.  Numerous cross members of an installed pallet racking system on the
north-east side
of the west frozen warehouse had visible physical damage or dents posing
serious safety
hazards.
