29 CFR 1910.120 (q)(2)(i):  The emergency response plan did not address,
to the extent not
addressed elsewhere, the preemergency planning and coordination with
outside parties:
a) On or about June 5, 2012, and times prior thereto, the employer did not
ensure that the
emergency program had China Grove Fire Department as the primary agency to
respond in the
event of a release. China Grove Volunteer Fire Department should be listed
since it is in your
area and will respond first and then contact Sandy Oaks Fire Department.
