to itself.
Abatement Note:
Remove the lanyard from service and replace with a new lanyard.  Enforce
that employees inspect the fall
protection system prior to each use and if any defects are noted remove
the system from service and replace
with a new fall protection system.  Company policy should reflect that
fall protection systems are inspected
prior to each use.
