29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(vi):  The employer did not maintain a contract
employee injury and
illness log related to contractor's work in process areas:
On or about January 30, 2012, and times prior thereto, the employer did not
maintain complete OSHA 300 injury and illness logs, or its equivalent,
related to
the contractor's work in process areas.  The contractors whose injury and
illness
logs were incomplete are, but not limited to:
a.Bis Tepsco, Inc's. 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008's injury and illness logs;
b.Turner Industries Group, L.L.C.'s 2010 and 2009's injury and illness
logs; and,
c.Infinity Construction Services, L.P.'s 2010 and 2009's injury and illness
logs.
