29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:    a)  On or about July 12, 2011 and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazards associated with storage of material on racks in the feed barn in that, rack columns and footings were bearing on unstable surfaces including cracked and deteriorated pieces of wood.   Rack columns were also not bolted to the floor in the feed barn and receiving area.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. Both entries for 2008 contained deficiencies as follows: Columns (C) and (E) were left blank.  Column (F) did not contain a description of the injury/illness.  No boxes were checked in columns (G) through (J).    2.  The entry for 2010 contained deficiencies as follows:  Column (E) was left blank.  Column (F) did not contain a description of the injury/illness.  No boxes were checked in columns (G) through (J).    3.  The entry for 2011 contained deficiencies as follows: Column (F) did not contain a description of the injury/illness.  No boxes were checked in columns (G) through (J).
