Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer failed to furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that employees were exposed to being struck by tubulars rolling off of the catwalk without pipe stop pins or other similar devices in place:    (a)  On or about August 15, 2011, and at times prior to that date, for the employees pulling tubulars down the catwalk and exposed to struck by hazards from the XTS-650 Xciter rolling off the side of the catwalk onto an employee, on Precision Drilling Rig 832, located at Highway 21A and 88th Street North, McGregor, North Dakota.
