29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2):  In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy.     a)  11932 Webster Street, Caldwell, Idaho:  On or about September 20, 2011 and at times prior thereto, as the controlling employer, CBH Homes did not ensure that its subcontractors were protected from electrical hazards in that two energized temporary power outlets in the garage and in the laundry area did not have cover or faceplate.    b)  20203 Stockbridge Way, Caldwell, Idaho:  On or about September 20, 2011 and at times prior thereto, as the controlling employer, CBH Homes did not ensure that its subcontractors were protected from electrical hazards in that two energized temporary power outlets in the garage and in the laundry area did not have cover or faceplate.    Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
