29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    ((1) On September 23, 2011, Prep-Rite Coatings & Contracting, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of its subcontractors, Ben Roofing and Rocky Mountain Roofing, were protected from falls in excess of 10' from the lower roof and 20' from the upper roof while engaged in roofing work.
