29 CFR 1926.252(c): All scrap lumber, waste material, and rubbish was not removed from the immediate work area as the work progressed. On or about October 21, 2011 sections of a temporary demising wall were not removed from the immediate work area as work progressed, exposing an employee to a struck-by hazard. In accordance with CFR 29 1903.19(d) abatement documentation is required of this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
