29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):     The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a) On, 11/03/2011, at the workplace, in the Kitchen Area, an electrical supply box, had insufficient clearance between the front of the enclosure and the baking materials stored in front of it.

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5):     Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective.    a) On 11/03/11 at the workplace, in the Cooling Area, a 30" Commercial Duty Circulator, manufactured by Dayton, was ungrounded causing the unit's casing to become electrically live. The grounding pin had been bent and broken loose inside the plug's housing preventing a continuous path.        b) On 11/03/11 at the workplace, in the Packing Area, a 30" Commercial Duty Circulator, manufactured by Dayton, was ungrounded causing the unit's casing to become electrically live. The grounding pin had been broken off or removed from the plug's housing preventing a continuous path.
