29 CFR 1910.151(b):     In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is usedfor the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available.      Chuilista Services Inc., USCG Dining Facility:  On or about 11/1/2011, employees were utilizing knives, meat slicers, and other equipment requiring a first aid kit to be present.  Upon inspection, the first aid kit did not contain an adequate number of pressure bandages, band-aids, or burn cream whcih would be required for the types of injuries possible while operating this equipment.
