29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:  Note:  See paragraph (i)(1) of this section for additional requirements for hand-fed crosscut table saws.    At the front of the Yigo Commercial Building, employees were operating a Delta 10 Table Saw, model TS300 without a hood guard. Employees were exposed to the hazard of contacting the saw blade.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous:    At the back wall of the Yigo Commercial Building, a 50' extension cord was missing its ground pin. The cord was used with a Makita 7-1/4-Inch Circular Saw Delta, model 5007MG. Employees were exposed to potential electrical contact.
