Job site located at 2205 E Hwy 30, Grand Island, NE 68801-Employees were allowed to access and electrical panel where all of the breakers in the panel were not labeled to identify the purpose of the breaker.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii): Boxes shall be closed by suitable covers securely fastened in place.Note to paragraph (b)(3)(ii) of this section: Underground box covers that weigh over 45.4 kg (100 lbs) meet this requirement. Job site located at 2205 E Hwy 30, Grand Island, NE 68801-Employee accessed an electrical panel at the facility where a breaker had been removed from the panel and the space had not been closed properly by using a blank where the breaker had been. The employer had only place a piece of grey duct tape over the opening created by removing the breaker.
