29 CFR 1904.40(a) When an authorized government representative asked for the records kept under Part 1904, the employer did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours: (a) Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. at 215 Meadow Lane in Glenwood Springs, CO: The employer was not able to provide the OSHA 300 Logs and 300A Summaries for 2008 or 2011 within four business hours. The OSHA 300 Logs were requested at 10:00 am on March 7, 2012. The Logs were received at 5:30 pm on March 9, 2012. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
