29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    A.) On or about April 3, 2012 at 45-35 Van Dam Street, Long Island City, NY 11101    An employee was observed performing a materials hoisting operation on a scaffold platform erected approximately 15 feet above the lower level without a means of fall protection in place exposing employees to fall hazards.
