29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    (a) At Bldg. 94, hangar - On or about 4/10/12, the employer did not assess the workplace to determine employee exposure to cadmium, lead, beryllium, and other toxic material that necessitated the use of personal protective equipment.    (b) At Bldg. 94, Administration side - On or about 4/10/12, the employer did not assess the workplace to determine employee exposure to cadmium, lead, beryllium, and other toxic material that necessitated the use of personal protective equipment.
