29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:        a) Corner of Middleton Road and Flamingo: On April 13, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were installing  roof sheathing on a 5 inches in 12 inches pitch roof and 17.8 foot fall without a fall protection system in place.      Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
