29 CFR 1926.760(d)(2): Fall arrest system components used in fall restraint systems did not conform to the criteria in 1926.502 (see Appendix G): a) Jobsite, where body harnesses used in conjunction with personal fall arrest systems contained cuts and abrasions in the webbing. Personal fall arrest systems were not inspected prior to use.
