29 CFR 1910.169(b)(3)(ii):     Valve(s), of any type, were placed between the air receiver and its safety valve or valves:    Drilling rig substructure:  On or about April 9, 2012, employees operating a drilling rig during the drilling of a gas well worked around and with the rig air receivers.  One of the substructure mounted air receivers had a manual valve installed between the receiver and its relief safety valve.  This exposed the employees to the hazard of being struck by pieces of a rupturing air receiver.
