29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: On or about April 11, 2012 at a Cholla Petroleum work site Reddon #3 in Nolan County, TX ; two fire extinguishers located by the guy lines ground anchors were not fullly charged. Employees were expected to use the portable fire extinguishers in the event of a small fire. This condition exposed employees to potential fire hazards.
