29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitablefacilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees performing mud mixing tasks on Rig #21 located at SEC 19, TWP 14, R 16, 2520 fnl, 1740 fel, Victoria, Kansas were exposed to eye injuries and chemical burns. There were only two, 16 fluid ounce, bottles of eye wash solution near the mud mixing area where caustic soda is handled.
