29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:      (a) 23741 US Hwy N 43 Linden, AL: On or about May 08, 2012 and at times prior to; the employer exposed his employees to a electrical shock hazards in that employees were allowed to work near a 600 volt electrical cabinet which was covered with a plastic bag to prevent rain from entering.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel.    (a)  23741 US Highway N 43 Linden, AL: On or about May 08, 2012 and at times prior to; the employer exposed his employees to struck-by hazards in that forklifts were allowed to be operated in an unsafe condition such as multiple cracks in the windshield in direct line of drivers view and were not taken out of service until repairs were performed.     LINDEN LUMBER COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.178 (q)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314427402CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM 10 AND WAS AFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON (OCTOBER 15, 2010), WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 23741 US HIGHWAY N. 43 LINDEN, AL 36748.
