29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(2)(iii): Employers did not inform employees who performed housekeeping activities of the presence and location of asbestos containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) in such areas that may be contacted during such activities: 1415 Singleton Street, St. Louis: Employees at the facility who conducted housekeeping activities such as, but not limited to, dusting of desks, tables, cabinet tops, and floor sweeping, were not informed of the presence and location of asbestos at the facility where information of the presence of Asbestos had been established as early as in the year 2001. The employees continued use the same procedures established for regular trash when debris containing asbestos was present.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: 1415 Singleton Street, St. Louis: Where employees used loose fitting respirators, 3M 8210 (NIOSH N-95) for convenience purposes while conducting housekeeping activities the employer did not provide required information in Appendix D of 1910.134 to the employees.
