29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of this section, was not provided by the employer in any written or oral format, to employees who wear respirators when such use is not required by this section or by the employer:    a) Production floor: On May 31, 2012 and at times prior thereto the information contained in Appendix D of this standard was not provided to employees who voluntarily used the 3M N95 particulate respirators provided by the employer, when they are working with products such as the Premier Bond PB910 glue.      Note) Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
